I’ve used it twice so far, and even after the first use (I left it on for about 2 hours, and used it without dilution because I didn’t read the instructions!) it softened my breaking damaged hair. I lost about 1/3 of my hair 1 year ago, either from Mounjaro (poor protein intake due to less appetite ) or going from colored red hair to blonde highlights?? Or both. I’ve been taking vitamin B complex, Vitamin D and extra protein. My long hair now feels soft and is growing back! I did also start Virtue flourish spray 5 months ago for growth. I wash my hair and blow dry / straighten or curl twice a week and I use this before every wash. I noticed smoother hair after the first use, but after two months of use my hair now feels like silk. The difference is unbelievable.
