How frequently should I use them? 

Simply follow your normal routine. Depending on your hair type, you could use the duo anywhere from once a day to twice a week. And because they don't leave a sticky coating of buildup, you may find that you need to shampoo less frequently.

Should I use them even on days that I don't use the Bond Repair Treatment?

Yes! Our shampoo and conditioner are designed to work as your daily hair care formulas, and both deliver bond-repair benefits even on days when you don't use the spray-on treatment.
